The Impact you Will Have:
Under the direction of the Director of Sales, you will help Crucial Learning sell its award-winning corporate training and organizational performance tools, focusing on small businesses as your target market. As one of our Sales Representatives, you must have a sales background, have an enthusiasm for excellence in your work, and have a proven track record of success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Generating high margin revenue by selling Crucial Learning full line of research-based training products and organizational performance tools
  • Managing qualified sales leads from Crucial Learning marketing demand generation activities
  • Making outbound calls and e-mails to potential and existing customers
  • Using the consultative sales process to understand customer problems, objections, concerns, and needs
  • Conducting prospect discovery calls or product demos including master trainers or other SMEs
  • Building expert knowledge of our product content and training industry
  • Setting and accomplishing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Participating in sales team and company meetings
  • Traveling to and attending trade shows

What You’ll Need:
  • 2-3 Years of B2B sales experience (inside sales preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience of achieving defined sales goals (e.g. quota and other sales KPIs)
  • Training product (soft skills) sales preferred, but not required
  • A good understanding of the consultative selling process
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Self-starter and goal oriented
  • Competitive desire
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Team player mentality
  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Must be able to attend in-person events at least once a year
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
