The Snr. Revenue Training & Enablement Specialist is pivotal in designing, implementing, and facilitating both post-onboarding enablement initiatives and apprenticeship training for our sales-focused office. Initially, the focus will be on skill development, coaching, and ensuring consistency with company policies, with a transition to greater involvement in enablement as the sales team matures. Reporting directly to the Director of Global Revenue Enablement, this role will collaborate cross-functionally to align training with business goals and maintain expertise in the KnowBe4 platform and offerings. By promoting continuous learning and conducting targeted analyses to identify training needs, the Specialist will contribute to developing skilled revenue generators, supporting local growth within the global framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and facilitate enablement workshops, programs, and seminars tailored to revenue-generating teams, focusing on both skill development and onboarding initiatives specific to the new office location.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to Revenue Enablement Programs, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the KnowBe4 platform, product offerings, and sales landscape to ensure alignment of enablement programs with evolving company products and market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify inefficiencies and training needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement improvements to existing training processes.
  • Work with Training teams and Enablement leadership to localize programs, adapting messaging and activities to fit regional and segment-specific needs while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Track participation, engagement, and feedback from enablement sessions to gauge readiness, and inform continuous improvements, and collaborate on future content refinement.
  • Run skills-based assessments, role-plays, and practical exercises to evaluate knowledge, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted coaching plans for revenue trainees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
  • Leverage learning management systems and digital platforms for efficient training delivery, stay current with industry trends, and drive improvements in training methodologies and offerings.
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the discipline and/or firing of new sales hires to which the Company gives significant weight.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication, Education or related field preferred. Will accept relevant work experience in lieu of formal education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing or training people in SaaS organization
  • Have demonstrated work experience in developing new employees 
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
