Software Developer III
Handle a mixture of technical challenges, efficiently balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Able to navigate shifting priorities, maintained focus during high-pressure situations, and helping set estimates for effective planning. Establish and enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to maintain high quality. Make architectural decisions on individual features. Facilitate team collaboration by leading technical discussions and effectively create consensus and clarity while resolving differing viewpoints among more junior developers. Apply analytical thinking early in the project cycle to guide intentional software design and user experience decisions, preventing issues down the line. Consistently show up prepared, on time, and available to support the team. Take ownership of individual and shared responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed and team commitments are met. Actively support others and step in when needed to help the team succeed. Provide support to junior developers on technical challenges as needed, mentor them, and can communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Education and Experience
Software Developer III
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is required. 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects, is required. Technical Leadership: Ability to guide architectural decisions and lead technical discussions within the team. Full Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of C# and VueJS technologies with front-end and back-end experience. System Design: Strong skills in designing scalable and maintainable systems and understanding design patterns. Advanced Testing Skills: Proficiency in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks. DevOps Familiarity: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control practices, as well as knowledge of deployment strategies.
