Job Summary:
Lead and coach multiple engineering teams, translating business goals into technical execution. Drive delivery quality, resolve blockers, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning, prioritization, and delivery of features across teams.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to engineers.
Champion consistent coding, testing, and documentation practices.
Track release progress, resolve delivery risks, and maintain documentation accuracy.
Collaborate with product, QA, SRE, and business stakeholders to align technical work with business needs.
Identify and mitigate blockers, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
Foster a culture of teamwork, quality, and inclusion.
Promote adoption of AI tools and innovative practices to improve efficiency.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex software solutions.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with modern development, DevOps, and AI tools.
