Job Summary:

Lead and coach multiple engineering teams, translating business goals into technical execution. Drive delivery quality, resolve blockers, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, prioritization, and delivery of features across teams.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and technical guidance to engineers.

  • Champion consistent coding, testing, and documentation practices.

  • Track release progress, resolve delivery risks, and maintain documentation accuracy.

  • Collaborate with product, QA, SRE, and business stakeholders to align technical work with business needs.

  • Identify and mitigate blockers, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.

  • Foster a culture of teamwork, quality, and inclusion.

  • Promote adoption of AI tools and innovative practices to improve efficiency.
