We are seeking a Solution Developer with expertise in creating customized digital and print content aligned to customer and state requirements. This collaborative professional partners with Product Managers, repurposes content into high quality solutions, follows established workflows, and manages assets while ensuring projects meet curriculum standards, schedules, budgets, and market objectives.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This is a Project Status Worker (PSW) role with an end date of March 16th, 2027.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and deliver digital and print products including audio, video, eLearning, and learning objects in alignment with customer, market, and product specifications.
- Partner closely with CCS Product Managers to understand project requirements and ensure solutions meet defined objectives.
- Repurpose and adapt content as a generalist to produce accurate, high quality materials that align with curriculum standards and market needs.
- Follow established workflows, manage timelines, and ensure all intermediate and final deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams while organizing, tracking, and delivering project assets in accordance with departmental guidelines.
What you can bring to this role:
- 3 years of experience in digital product development or digital program management, with exposure to print product development preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital content development and instructional design principles, including key educational pedagogies and current teaching strategies.

The pay range for this position is between $49,500-$74,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
