| Job Summary | This position is responsible to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific project which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. The incumbent works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Coordinates internal resources and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. |
| Responsibilities | • Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility. • Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. • Determines the resources required to complete the project • Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to the activities required. • Determines objectives and measures to evaluate the project at its completion. • Executes the project according to the project plan. • Monitors the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary. • Ensures the project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality expectations. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Two years of applicable experience. Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) may be preferred. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. |
