We're looking for a Talent Partner to join our Tech Talent Acquisition team in Poland and help us attract exceptional technology talent across Poland, Spain and the UK.

What You'll Do

This is more than recruitment. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and technology leaders, helping solve hiring challenges and building diverse, high-performing teams.

You'll:

  • Partner with Technology stakeholders to deliver hiring strategies and solutions

  • Source and engage top talent across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Product and AI disciplines

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience

  • Use market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions

  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tools and ways of working

  • Collaborate with a supportive global Talent Acquisition team

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in technology recruitment, ideally within the Polish market

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
