About the Role: As an Tutor at Tutor Me Education, youâll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Schedule: 10 hours, 2 days a week for 1.25 hour sessions
Pay range is between $25 and $35

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and speech/language impairments (SLI).
Skilled in supporting reading fluency, comprehension, and foundational literacy at early elementary levels.
Ability to provide clear, structured, and engaging instruction using multisensory and hands-on strategies.
Patient, adaptable, and able to implement positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies.
Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
Comfortable incorporating student interests, such as movies, games, and physical activities, into lessons to increase engagement.
