We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer with 5-8 years of experience to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, declarative development, and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses across Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Configure and maintain page layouts, record types, automation rules, flows, and validation rules.
  • Handle data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
  • Maintain system security, permissions, roles, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Bot development and enhancements, including chatbot workflows and automation.
  • Work on Connected Apps configuration and management.
  • Design and implement complex Flows for advanced business processes.
  • Support Salesforce integrations with marketing automation platforms and other systems.
  • Maintain campaign structures, lead routing, and engagement tracking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through multiple business calls, ensuring clear requirement gathering and solution alignment.
  • Support customer service environments using chat/messaging platforms and implement Knowledge Articles.
  • Train end users, create documentation, and promote Salesforce best practices to drive adoption.
  • Enforce data security, backup procedures, and role-based access control in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a multi-departmental environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (PRM a plus).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and declarative automation.
  • Familiarity with Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and SOQL (basic coding knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, marketing tools).
  • Knowledge of Lightning App Builder and Experience Cloud site setup.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and governance in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement discussions.
 

Highly Preferred

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required.
  • Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) highly valued.
  • Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer, CPQ are a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Contracts, Subscriptions, and Entitlements.
  • Knowledge of Gearset for DevOps and deployment automation.
  • Exposure to AI-powered CRM features (Einstein, GPT, Bots).
  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ).

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) - Required
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM-211) - Highly Valued
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer, CPQ) - Preferred
