How You'll Contribute to Our Mission

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing will scale Frontline's growth engine, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of every stage of the buyer journey. We're looking for a growth marketer in the truest sense: someone who knows how to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and continuously improve performance through data, experimentation, and relentless optimization.

The ideal candidate believes growth is never finished. They think in omnichannel customer journeys, embrace rapid testing and agile execution, and aren't satisfied until they understand what's driving every conversion rate. They're equally comfortable diving into campaign analytics, challenging assumptions, refining messaging, or partnering with Sales to improve pipeline velocity and close more business. They see data not as a report card, but as the roadmap for the next experiment.

How You'll Drive Success

Growth Marketing Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, measure and optimize data-driven demand generation strategy to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to refine and enhance demand generation strategy based on performance analysis and field feedback.
  • Lead the development of omni-channel, multistage, multi-path buyer journeys that result in strong stage conversion rates and increased pipeline velocity.
  • Build campaign strategies for each stage of the buyer journey, ensuring alignment with conversion metrics, messaging, creative briefs, content formats, and CTAs.
  • Lead best practices in leveraging intent and account-based marketing (ABM) to engage high-value prospects.
  • Ensure optimization of paid and organic media efforts including search (SEO), social, email, remarketing and advertising.
  • Drive efficient execution of campaigns, ensuring streamlined processes for agility and scalability.
  • Define, measure and optimize campaign metrics to assess impact on pipeline, revenue, and achievement of both program and tactical goals.
  • Manage and report on campaign metrics, ROI, budgets, and resource allocation across paid and owned channels, including closed-loop reporting and ongoing optimization to improve ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team by assessing performance, setting clear goals, offering continuous feedback, and fostering personal career development, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and cross-departmental collaboration to achieve success.

Marketing Strategy Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital acquisition channels, ensuring both paid and organic efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing) drive high-quality traffic.
  • Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and report on website and digital campaign performance, optimizing for engagement, conversion, and revenue generation.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies on digital properties to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Drive the development and execution of A/B tests and optimization strategies for digital assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, and ads.
  • Analyze customer data and digital performance metrics to refine audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Oversee the management of digital budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal investment in high-performing digital channels.
  • Provide strategic guidance and optimization of Frontline's digital ecosystem, with a primary focus on the website as the central hub for demand generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital experiences across the website, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure digital content is optimized for SEO, aligning with strategic content marketing efforts to increase organic visibility and drive traffic.
  • Report on digital performance metrics, including website traffic, lead conversion, and revenue attribution.

Success in this role looks like

  • Consistently exceeding pipeline and SaaS bookings targets.
  • Increasing marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue.
  • Improving conversion rates across the buyer journey.
  • Accelerating pipeline velocity.
  • Growing website traffic and lead conversion.
  • Lowering customer acquisition costs while increasing ROI.
  • Building a high-performing, data-driven growth marketing team.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow

  • 15-20 years of experience leading growth marketing and demand generation teams in B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Ability and confidence to drive transformation and change.
  • Deep understanding of buyer behaviors and the buying process end-to-end.
  • Strong creative skills and ability to innovate.
  • Ability to align across marketing and sales to drive end-to-end performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using KPIs to track performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Ability and a passion for developing the individuals on the Growth Marketing team to their fullest potential.
  • Ability to get results through and with others.
  • Deep experience and knowledge of the use of Martech in demand generation.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experience using data and analytics to drive improvements in website performance and lead generation.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, ABM platforms, and marketing automation) to manage and optimize digital campaigns and enhance user experience.
  • Experience in intent and ABM and using ABM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to recommend operational improvements.
  • Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across different teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

What You'll Need to Thrive

  • Intellectual curiosity. Someone who naturally investigates why performance changed rather than accepting surface-level metrics.
  • Healthy skepticism. They don't take conventional wisdom at face value. They validate assumptions with data and testing.
  • Bias for action. They don't wait for perfect information. They launch, measure, learn, and iterate.
  • Commercial mindset. They care as much about bookings, pipeline, and sales outcomes as they do about click-through rates and MQLs.
  • Customer obsession. Every campaign starts with buyer behavior, not marketing tactics.
  • Cross-functional leadership. They see Sales, Product Marketing, SDRs, Digital, and Content as one interconnected revenue team.
  • Relentless in the pursuit of better. They challenge the status quo, hold themselves to a high standard, and inspire others to do the same. They bring intensity to the work, but not to themselves. They're humble, approachable, and know how to have fun.
