Highlights

Design, configure, and enhance multiple ERA system modules including Conflict of Interest/Commitment, Animal Care & Use, Human Subjects, Proposal Development, Proposal Tracking, Subrecipient, and Post Award Management.
Lead project management activities supporting the software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering through implementation and validation.
Perform detailed business analysis, regression and performance testing, quality assurance, and provide ongoing technical support.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Experience required in configuring and supporting InfoEd’s enterprise software or similar systems.
Proven ability in analyzing complex business and technical requirements and designing effective enterprise solutions.
Strong skills in SDLC phases, including testing and post-deployment support.
Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and process flow tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree with two years relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with three years, plus experience with InfoEd or comparable software administration.
Part of the Enterprise Application Services department within NC State’s Office of Information Technology.
