Core Responsibilities
As a Sr. Key Account Manager for our Amazon US business, you will play a crucial role in implementing our business plan and driving key growth initiatives for one of our largest Strategic Business Units globally.
- Business Plan Development & Execution: Collaborate with the Key Account Director and KAM Team to ensure the successful delivery of our business plan.
- Commercial Integration: Innovate go-to-market strategies to create a bold, integrated promotional plan that encompasses retail execution, digital marketing, storefront alignment, and eCommerce operations.
- Goal-Oriented: Achieve key objectives that support balanced commercial growth through effective execution.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply analytical insights to monitor performance against traffic, conversion, and retail critical metrics, understanding both paid and organic business drivers.
- Effective Negotiation & Selling: Employ a data-driven approach to negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Leverage Licensing Partnerships: Manage relationships with key inbound and outbound licensing partners to enhance online business opportunities and reach a broader audience.
- P&L & Joint Business Plan Leadership: Oversee the management of the customer P&L and Joint Business Plan, focusing on profitable growth and productivity for both the LEGO Group and our customers.
- Elevate Relationships: Strengthen our customer value proposition by building trusted and productive relationships with our B2B eCommerce partners.

As the Senior Key Account Manager you will drive core business objectives and bring our customer value proposition to life on eCommerce platforms. Your efforts will generate impact and value for our customers and shoppers, and help us to inspire and develop many more builders of tomorrow.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant customer-facing key account management experience in consumer packaged goods, with a decent portion of that experience spent in eCommerce
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with versatility and flexibility.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret digital trends and think criticality to challenge the status quo
- High-level of integrity and enthusiasm, with a presence that thrives in a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail and a focus on data analytics + storytelling
- Ability to inspire change and gain team followership
- Natural curiosity with a continuous improvement mentality
- Domestic and global travel required with flexibility - approx. 5-10%

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $139,672.00 - $209,508.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
