About the Role:Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Learning Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives across our fulfillment centers, pharmacies, and compounding labs. This key leadership role will develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership skills to build and manage high-performing learning teams that deliver measurable business impact. You'll collaborate with executive leadership to align learning initiatives with organizational goals while overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative training programs that enhance employee performance and support business growth.
You Will: - Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives across fulfillment centers, pharmacies, and compounding operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals, including instructional designers, trainers, and learning administrators.
- Establish and manage learning program budgets, resource allocation, and ROI measurement systems.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions that address current and future business needs.
- Oversee the design and delivery of blended learning programs that improve operational performance, quality, compliance, and safety metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across operations, pharmacy, quality, compliance, and HR to ensure learning initiatives support organizational priorities.
- Create and implement learning governance structures, including standard operating procedures, quality control processes, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure learning effectiveness and business impact, reporting outcomes to executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of learning technologies, including LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and analytics capabilities.
- Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA, DEA, state boards of pharmacy, and other applicable standards.
- Lead change management initiatives related to learning transformations and new training methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiencies in training delivery and administration.
- Stay current with emerging learning trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing innovative approaches when appropriate.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Experience leading learning initiatives in regulated environments, preferably healthcare, pharmacy, or manufacturing/distribution operations.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations.
- Experience with learning technology platforms, including LMS administration, e-learning development tools, and learning analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities and demonstrate ROI.
- Experience managing learning budgets and resource allocation.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and demonstrate program effectiveness.
Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution/fulfillment operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to training in FDA-regulated environments.
- Proficiency with Docebo LMS or similar enterprise learning management systems.
- Experience leading learning initiatives during periods of rapid growth or organizational change.
- Certification in learning and development disciplines (CPTD, CLD, etc.).
- Experience implementing performance consulting methodologies.
- Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience developing and managing organizational talent development strategies.
- Understanding of workforce planning and skill gap analysis methodologies.
- Experience with learning experience platforms (LXP) and emerging learning technologies.
