Position Summary
The Sr. Local Educational Agency Representative will be the main contact for Local Educational Agencies throughout California. The Sr. Local Educational Agency Representative will be assigned to larger regional area networks or large districts that require more interactions throughout the state. The role involves tracking work of assigned Local Educational Agencies throughout the administration year ensuring that Local Educational Agencies stay on track with needed tasks to ensure for a smooth testing year. The Sr. Local Educational Agency Representative will field phone calls, emails, and chats from Local Educational Agencies within their assigned region. The Sr. Local Educational Agency Representative will be the face of ETS for those in the field completing the testing.

This position requires that the employee live within California.

Responsibilities
•Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function
•Communicate clearly and concisely, both by telephone and in writing, with students, parents and school coordinators to answer inquiries
•Assist local educational agencies in making decisions on testing assignments, test settings, and reports
•Respond to local educational agencies on questions and needs to keep assessments on track
•Be able to use trainings and past experience to assist local educational agencies through issues with the system, student settings, and selection of assessments as asked without needing to refer back to a manager.
•Run reports based on the time of year to track required work by Local Educational Agencies.
•Contact Local Educational Agencies who have not completed the work – offer reminders and assistance to keep Local Educational Agencies on track
•Attend trainings and webinars put on by the Outreach team.
•Work with California Team to complete UATs and OTs.
•Address and, when necessary, escalate customer service issues according to existing procedures
•Utilize Customer relationship Management (CRM) and other case management databases effectively
•Utilize the student accommodations database and testing program registration systems
•Complete accurate data input or corrections into computer files
•Perform clerical functions associated with tracking Data for effective case management
•Other duties required to assist the team and districts in being able to complete testing

Experience and Skills
Required Skills
•Ability to self-supervise for most daily tasks
•Ability to prioritize tasks
•Good understanding of the assessments and systems used in California
•Good team worker
•Prior knowledge of ADA guidelines is desirable
•Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required along with general PC knowledge
•Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
•Good problem solving/decision making skills and time management skills
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Education / Certifications / Special Licenses
•High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.

Relevant Years of Experience Required
•3+ years of responsible experience in a service oriented, customer service/call center background.

This role is estimated to pay $30/hr to $35/hr + bonus and benefits.  The actual pay will be dependent on the successful candidate's relevant experience
