How you'll contribute to our mission

As a Senior Product Manager at Frontline Education, you will own customer and
business outcomes for key product areas that help school districts operate more
effectively and support the people who make learning possible. You will work
within an empowered Product, Design, and Engineering team, partnering closely
to identify meaningful customer problems, define measurable outcomes, and
deliver solutions that create lasting value for educators and administrators.
This role is especially well-suited for someone who thrives in understanding
customer needs, uncovering opportunities through research and discovery, and
translating insights into clear product direction and measurable impact. Working
at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and evolving
technology, you will help bring clarity to complex problems and deliver intuitive,
scalable experiences designed for the real world of education.

How you'll drive success
  • Define and evolve product strategy grounded in customer insight, data, business

Compensation & Benefits

The full-based compensation range for this position is $120,000-$160,000.
