How you'll contribute to our mission
As a Senior Product Manager at Frontline Education, you will own customer and business outcomes for key product areas that help school districts operate more effectively and support the people who make learning possible. You will work within an empowered Product, Design, and Engineering team, partnering closely to identify meaningful customer problems, define measurable outcomes, and deliver solutions that create lasting value for educators and administrators.

This role is especially well-suited for someone who thrives in understanding customer needs, uncovering opportunities through research and discovery, and translating insights into clear product direction and measurable impact. Working at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and evolving technology, you will help bring clarity to complex problems and deliver intuitive, scalable experiences designed for the real world of education.

How you'll drive success
• Define and evolve product strategy grounded in customer insight, data, business priorities, and a deep understanding of the education landscape
• Partner closely with Product Design and Engineering in an empowered product team model with shared accountability for customer and business outcomes
• Translate complex problems into clear outcome-based priorities, roadmaps, and measurable customer and business outcomes
• Spend significant time engaging with customers and stakeholders through discovery, research, and validation activities to uncover unmet needs and opportunities
• Lead discovery, prototyping, experimentation, and validation efforts to accelerate learning, reduce risk, and improve decision quality before scaling investment
• Make thoughtful prioritization and trade-off decisions that balance customer needs, business goals, technical realities, and long-term product strategy
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, improve customer experiences, and identify opportunities to drive adoption, retention, satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around product direction, success metrics, priorities, and desired outcomes
• Champion simple, scalable solutions that improve usability and deliver meaningful long-term value for customers and the business
• Explore emerging technologies and AI-driven capabilities in practical ways that improve customer workflows, operational effectiveness, and user outcomes
 
What you bring to help us grow
• Experience leading product initiatives in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Experience building a standalone product from the ground up (0-1)
Experience in one of the following: Medicaid, English Learners, Gifted and Talented or RTI/MTSS a plus
• A track record of delivering products that solve meaningful customer problems and drive measurable business and customer outcomes
• Strong customer discovery, product strategy, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product direction
• Experience working within cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer and business impact
• Confidence working with data to inform decisions, evaluate success metrics, and communicate insights clearly
• Experience collaborating across teams including engineering, design, sales, customer success, and other customer-facing roles
• Strong ability to connect strategy with execution and align teams around a shared vision and measurable outcomes
• Experience navigating ambiguity and defining clear paths forward in complex problem spaces
• Strong stakeholder management, influence, and cross-functional leadership abilities without relying on direct authority
• Experience leading experimentation and validation efforts to improve learning velocity and decision quality
• Familiarity with education technology or a strong interest in improving outcomes for schools and communities

Compensation & Benefits
The full base compensation range for this position is $130,000-160,000
