What you'll do here:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager, SaaS Product who will gather, analyze, and disseminate critical competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making within our organization. You will play a critical role in helping Infosec win in the market by supporting our Sales teams with actionable competitive insights, enablement content, and strategic deal support. This role involves tracking industry trends, competitor strategies, market dynamics, product developments, and customer feedback to enable data-driven decisions across product development, marketing tactics, sales, and strategy. You will be the designer and orchestrater of the go-to-market plan. In this role, you will drive success by keeping the buyer at the heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-market. Define and lead ABX strategies from prospecting to deal close through buyer personas/ICPs to define segment-based positioning and messaging. Perform customer and prospect research via interviews, surveys, and analyst reports.
  • Competitive intelligence. Conduct continuous competitive research by monitoring earnings calls, analyst reports, sales intelligence and the use of AI to uncover strategic insights that inform deal and marketing strategy and sales enablement. Conduct detailed analyses of cybersecurity competitors, including product features, pricing models, market positioning, strategic direction, and customer perceptions. Monitor industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements within the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Product launches. Work with Product Management and Sales to define marketability of new product features and launches. Create marketing launch plan based on inputs. Manage visibility and communication on launch activities for prospect and client-facing teams.
  • Campaign strategy. Brainstorm concepts for prospect and customer engagement beyond launches – work with Sales and CSM leadership to identify opportunities for promotions, cross-selling, and seasonal campaign concepts.
  • Product roadmap. Influence product roadmap development based on business initiatives, market needs and customer feedback.
  • Sales enablement. Strategize with Sales Enablement to arm, train and empower sellers to shorten the sales cycle and improve win rate through building sales resources, identifying customer references, and sharing standard processes. Develop and maintain battle cards, competitor profiles, and market analysis to support sales in winning deals.
  • Data-driven approach. Review product performance data against goals on a regular basis. Analyze and improve sales and product performance to support short-term and long-term pipeline goals.

Skills you will need here:
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in customer and/or product marketing; cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent years experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape strategy and influence decision-making.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry players is strongly preferred.
  • Experience marketing to CISOs or repackaging offerings to align to changing market trends and demands. Ability to translate technical information into buyer-oriented messaging
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to provide competitive deal support, objection handling, and strategic positioning.
  • Ability to use marketing analytics and customer feedback to improve product and user adoption.
  • Proven ability to translate complex competitive insights into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM teams and executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences, including executives.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
