WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Technology Analyst to partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and other Cross-functional teams to optimize and evolve Ascend's CRM and sales technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary advocate for sales users, translating business needs into technology solutions that improve sales effectiveness, customer visibility, reporting, process efficiency, and data quality. As a senior subject matter expert, this position also helps drive consistency, governance, and best practices across enterprise and Ascend-aligned CRM initiatives while supporting the successful adoption of sales technology solutions.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work a hybrid schedule from either our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office locations preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise and business-specific CRM and sales technology initiatives, helping establish standards, governance, and best practices across CRM solutions.
- Support the ongoing governance, optimization, and continuous improvement of CRM processes, customer data, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs that improve sales effectiveness, user experience, reporting, process efficiency, and data quality.
- Evaluate, and prioritize sales technology enhancements, including automation, AI-enabled capabilities, integration, and process improvements that support measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between and technical teams, providing functional expertise throughout discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and enhancement delivery.
- Coordinate release readiness, user communications, training, documentation, and adoption activities to ensure sales users can effectively leverage CRM and sales technology tools.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to Sales Technology Analysts and business partners while promoting a collaborative One Ascend approach.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 3+ Years experience implementing UI best practices.
- Microsoft D365 certifications or equivalent experience.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Proficient in virtual collaboration, leading meetings, and facilitating working sessions.
- Highly organized with a proven track record in planning, organizing, and executing tasks in a timely manner.
- Travel requirement 10%
HIRING RANGE
The current full-time, annualized base pay hiring range for this role is $90,300.00-$129,140.00. In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing the expected pay range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, current business needs and local market factors. Most regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in an Ascend incentive bonus or sales plan.
