We are on the hunt for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to spearhead our pursuit of engineering excellence on the Salesforce platform, focusing on integrating and enhancing our DevSecOps practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining our development workflows and elevating our Salesforce setup. This individual will take charge of overseeing our Copado ecosystem, orchestrating updates, and maintaining the harmony of our development channels. The position demands a distinct combination of technical acumen, practical Copado application skills, and a comprehensive grasp of Salesforce development methodologies. What you'll own:

  • Copado DevOps Platform & Source Control -  Actively manage and configure our Copado platform to ensure it is operational and meets our needs. You’ll identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices to ensure robust and redundant systems.
  • Security Collaboration: Work closely with Application Security and the Salesforce Development teams to develop comprehensive security practices that safeguard our data and code right from the start of the development process.
  • Empowerment through Automation: Evaluate and refine our tools and processes to enable our teams to be self-sufficient, fostering flexibility and continuity across all environments.
  • Innovative Solutions: Engage in collaborative problem-solving to meet technical challenges, roadmap future solutions, and continuously raise the bar for Salesforce operational excellence.
  • Team Success: Work closely with the development team to facilitate the promotion of code changes, using Copado's capabilities to automate and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective DevOps solutions within Copado.

Experience you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem development and management (Sales, Service Cloud, or CPQ) within Agile methodologies.
  • 2+ years mentoring Salesforce teams, promoting DevOps in enterprise CRM projects.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, CPQ Specialist, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.
  • Comfortable in global, remote team environments, contributing to their success.
  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Copado Administrator, adept in platform configuration, pipeline workflow automation, and integrating with Jira and GitHub.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce development practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, proficient in troubleshooting with development teams.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
