Position Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate innovator to help lead our Learning and Development team and take our strategy to the next level. In this highly dynamic and visible role you’ll be focusing on elevating the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of Nsight Health’s Learning and Development programs. You’re able to roll up your sleeves and be an independent self-starter when needed. 

You will lead a team of trainers to identify skills gaps, develop curriculum, and ensure that our workforce is equipped to meet evolving business goals. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic planning and tactical instructional design. You are eager to create a “best in class” L&D team and learning strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You’ll be the driving force, in partnership with the Director of Learning & Development, in crafting an onboarding strategy for new and experienced employees, in addition to broad-stroke learning programming for all employees.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the Human Resources team, and ultimately the entire organization to drive future programming and learning opportunities. 
  • Evaluate and enhance curriculum effectiveness using data-driven analysis and learner feedback to drive improvement
  • Define, measure, and communicate out success metrics
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Learning and Development Specialists, assigning projects, balancing workload, providing guidance and feedback, and monitoring quality and timelines 

Qualifications:

Required:
  • 8+ years of experience highlighting a combination of onboarding, talent development, learning and development program management, experience with instructional design, and facilitation
  • 5+ years managing and developing high-performing Learning and Development teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning technologies, Organizational Design, Talent Management or related field
  • You’ve designed and delivered onboarding training programs that support a growing global workforce for 1000+ employees
  • You’ve built multiyear roadmaps for impactful learning and development teams
  • You’ve developed and delivered curriculum and learning programs from scratch, have partnered with subject matter experts to do the same, and coached team members on developing those very same skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision-making and influencing

Preferred:
  • Advanced degree in Education, Learning technologies, Organizational Design, Talent Management or related field
  • A track record of program development that delivers business impact and positive ROI for the organization
  • Success at executing plans, project management, follow up, dealing with ambiguity, and adapting to rapid change
  • Experience with LMS administration, eLearning tools, or instructional design software
  • Instructional Design and/or Curriculum development certificates (e.g. CPLP, ATD)
