Who You Are  
You’re a strategic product manager who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and business impact. You love helping customers find value quickly and you’ve built product-led systems that drive measurable outcomes. Note: This is an individual contributor role with a hands on, high ownership scope across onboarding, activation, and attach.
You are:
  • A systems thinker who has built and/or scaled onboarding, activation, or PLG funnels
  • AI native - you bring best practices on increasing leverage, velocity, and learning using AI systems deeply and pervasively
  • Comfortable with experimentation, conversion optimization, and defining success metrics
  • An effective collaborator and executor across product, design, engineering, GTM, and leadership teams
  • A data-informed decision-maker, fluent in funnel and data analysis 
  • A proactive operator who navigates fast-moving, ambiguous environments with ownership and clarity
What You'll Do
  • Own and deliver key initiatives within brightwheel’s activation & expansion roadmap
  • Define the end-to-end onboarding and growth experience for schools, leveraging AI and product-led growth (PLG) principles to accelerate time-to-value
  • Communicate strategy, learning, and progress clearly with leadership and cross-functional partners to inform roadmap decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI, and GTM to build and iterate on in-app experiences that deliver continuous customer value
  • Identify and remove friction across activation and attach funnels, using data and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact improvements
  • Design, run, and analyze investments to test hypotheses and impact critical metrics
  • Define and report on success metrics (e.g., activation %, attach %, time-to-value, % of schools self-serve onboarding) 
  • Collaborate across PDE and GTM teams ensuring shared goals, feedback loops, and delivery against measurable outcomes 
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven ownership of growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable outcomes
  • A strong track record of scoping, launching, and growing high-impact products
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact through prioritization and structured thinking, especially in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Deep comfort with product metrics, funnel analysis, and experimentation (SQL a plus)
  • Collaborative and clear communicator who builds strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to roll up your sleeves and move quickly to achieve outcomes
  • Experience launching or optimizing AI-powered features (preferred)
