  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field with 3-8 years MBSE experience depending on level (R2 or R3).
  • Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or MBA, systems engineering certification, and experience with AFMC programs and product lifecycle management tools like Teamcenter.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain security clearance.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs are required.
