Highlights

Support clients in applying Air Force digital engineering requirements and translating guidance into actionable plans.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, project managers, and technicians.
Capture, document, and share best practices and modeling standards within the team.
Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of models to organizational objectives and serve as primary escalation point for modeling issues.
Develop solutions architectures and manage requirements derivation, flow down, and management.
Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, or Capella is required.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field with 3-8 years MBSE experience depending on level (R2 or R3).
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree or MBA, systems engineering certification, and experience with AFMC programs and product lifecycle management tools like Teamcenter.
Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain security clearance.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs are required.
