Job Summary | We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated STEPS Administrative Support Associate I to join our HR team. This position will:
Provide exceptional HR service and support to our employees, new hires, and applicants. Be the initial point of contact for all HR inquiries Provide high quality, timely information leveraging various communication channels and software (in-person, phone, email, chat).
Job responsibilities also include:
Listening carefully to each customer’s inquiry and respond with accurate and insightful answers referencing the appropriate HR services, policies, procedures and benefits, in a timely manner based on the complexity of the inquiry and established internal performance standards.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will preferably have knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office, cloud-based software solutions and data entry.

Preferred Education/Experience | AA, 3 years related experience.
