As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in helping school districts and state education leaders solve complex challenges through thoughtful technology partnerships that create lasting impact.

This is our most senior individual contributor sales role, focused on leading high-value expansion opportunities and new customer partnerships across large, strategic accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders while helping shape territory strategy, mentor peers, and influence regional success.

How You’ll Drive Success
  • Build and execute long-range strategic account and territory plans focused on sustainable growth and customer outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact district and state-level opportunities with a consultative, customer-centered approach.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Develop compelling ROI analyses, executive presentations, and multi-year partnership proposals that align solutions to customer goals.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior district leaders, state administrators, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver consistent revenue performance while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, Client Experience, and leadership teams to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent Frontline at conferences, customer events, and industry engagements.
  • Mentor and support Account Executives across the region by sharing best practices, strategic insight, and modern sales approaches.
  • Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to strengthen planning, uncover insights, improve efficiency, and support more informed decision-making.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow
  • Five or more years of success in enterprise SaaS, EdTech, or complex consultative sales environments.
  • Proven experience managing strategic, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive-level buyers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse customer groups.
  • Experience developing strategic territory plans and navigating complex procurement or public-sector buying processes.
  • Skilled at translating customer needs into measurable business and educational outcomes.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across complex initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience leveraging data, technology, and AI-supported insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.

Compensation & Benefits
Frontline Education offers competitive compensation designed to recognize experience, impact, and performance. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, retirement programs, and additional wellness and professional development offerings.
Base pay for this position ranges from $105,000-$110,000. OTE has potential to be $210,000+
