Location Remote with regular travel in the Northeast

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will help shape how Frontline partners with some of the largest and most complex education organizations across the country. You’ll lead strategic pursuits, deepen relationships with senior district and state leaders, and bring forward thoughtful solutions that help school systems operate more effectively. Your work will influence how we deliver value across the region while supporting teams who share your commitment to empowering educators.
How you'll drive success
- Develop long-range strategies for key accounts and territories, identifying growth opportunities that advance district and state priorities.
- Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles — coordinating cross-functional resources, designing multi-year proposals, and modeling clear value and return.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with senior education leaders by offering insight, clarity, and partnership.
- Consistently deliver against revenue goals while maintaining transparent, accurate forecasting.
- Partner with Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, and Client Experience to shape compelling solutions that meet customer needs.
- Serve as a mentor and thought partner for Account Executives across the region and represent Frontline at industry events.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $105,000 - $110,000 based on experience, skills, and internal equity. OTE of $210-220K, uncapped, 401(k) match, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, and tuition reimbursement for eligible coursework.
