How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission
As a Strategic Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted partner and thought leader within Frontline’s Client Services organization. Your mission is to help district leaders connect their people strategies with technology, using insight and innovation to create meaningful outcomes for schools and communities.
You’ll build strong executive relationships, guide long-term strategic planning, and help districts realize measurable value from Frontline’s solutions. Acting as both advisor and connector, you’ll ensure client perspectives inform our product direction — and that our solutions empower educators and administrators to focus on what matters most: their students.
How You’ll Drive Success
- Serve as a strategic advisor to district leaders, aligning Frontline solutions with organizational priorities.
- Lead strategic planning sessions, roadmap development, and value realization efforts that drive measurable impact.
- Deliver executive briefings, workshops, and advisory sessions through Frontline’s subscription-based model.
- Guide districts through change management, adoption strategies, and optimization initiatives with empathy and expertise.
- Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that connect technology outcomes to district goals.
- Advocate for the customer voice, ensuring feedback shapes product evolution and strategy.
- Represent Frontline as a thought leader at conferences, webinars, and executive forums.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to advance client success and organizational growth.
What You Bring to Help Us Grow
- Demonstrated success advising senior leaders on technology alignment and business transformation.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes through strategic consulting or account management.
- Strength in creating executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations that inspire confidence and action.
- Skilled in building trusted relationships and influencing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas and create clarity.
- Experience guiding large, complex organizations through change management and adoption initiatives.
- Background in K–12 education or familiarity with Frontline solutions (preferred).
What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Finance, Technology, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technology implementation, strategic consulting, or K–12 HR leadership.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver meaningful results.
- Curiosity and adaptability — eager to learn, experiment, and evolve with new approaches.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, continuous learning, and purposeful technology use.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 20%).

Compensation & Benefits
Frontline offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, performance-based bonus eligibility, 401(k) match, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, and personalized PTO. Tuition reimbursement is available for eligible coursework.
