About the Role
The Strategic Renewals Account Executive owns renewal strategy and execution for Blackbaud's largest and most complex enterprise customers. This role is a senior individual contributor and a backfill for one of the most senior positions on the team, requiring strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and deep experience navigating highâstakes, enterpriseâlevel renewals.
You will manage high dollar portfolios, lead complex renewal and expansion negotiations, and orchestrate crossâfunctional teams to protect, preserve, and grow both revenue and longâterm customer relationships. Success in this role requires strategic foresight, executive presence, commercial and negotiation excellence, as well as comfort operating in ambiguity, managing renewal risk, and engaging senior executives both internally and externally.

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $108,100.00 to $142,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
