Job Summary
The College of Nursing is seeking a detail-oriented, forward-thinking professional to support our academic programs through the management of admissions applications, student records, and registration processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with processes and data, communicates well with diverse stakeholders, and excels at solving problems when information is incomplete or conflicting. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker who can improve systems over time and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, job responsibilities include managing application workflows for all academic programs, including evaluating transcripts, preparing files for review, and communicating decisions and next steps to applicants. You will update and maintain student data, manage related reports, and collaborate regularly with departments across campus such as the Registrar, Enrollment Management, Orientation, IT, and advising teams. You will also guide admitted students through the final steps of enrollment and ensure all requirements are met prior to registration.

This position required a candidate to be self-motivated, detail oriented, enjoy building efficient processes, and find satisfaction in supporting students from application through registration.
