Physical Requirements  | Long periods of sitting and/or standing. Travel required with overnight stays and potential weekends. Lifting, pushing or pulling of up to 50 lbs.
Shift  | Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm will be the regular schedule. Travel may involve overnight stays with some weekends.

Job Summary  | As the Scholarship Coordinator, the individual plays a central role in shaping and supporting the institution’s undergraduate scholarship programs. They oversee the full award cycle, from application to disbursement, ensuring eligibility verification, award administration, and seamless coordination with scholarship committees, the business office, and philanthropy partners. They maintain a robust scholarship database, generate insightful reports, and uphold compliance with all endowment and gift agreements.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities  | MS Windows, Excel, Scholarship Universe, critical thinking, public speaking, interpersonal skills both written and verbal with multiple audiences (students, parents) designing, planning, organizing, marketing, detail-oriented, collaborative with related departments, creativity, customer service.

Preferred Education/Experience  | Master’s degree preferred, experience in scholarship administration, advising, recruitment, financial aid administration and/or related experience.

Driver’s License preferred.
