Highlights
Design, develop, and oversee support for student organizations and their events.
Advise and support student groups and special populations in planning and executing events and meetings.
Ensure compliance with all university and departmental policies and procedures.
Coordinate event logistics including room reservations, catering, and resource allocation.
Manage official student organization recognition, officer rosters, and transitions.
Plan and implement student Organization Fairs and maintain the Student Organization Handbook.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Conferences & Events, IT, and Messaging.
Required qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field or bachelor's with two years of experience.
Preferred skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation up to $65,000, commensurate with experience.
