Job Summary
The Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) seeks a student enrolled in a Graduate program for additional assistance with office duties, data dashboards and collection, writing reports, and research on how to improve OSPIE best practices.

Duties include:
· Under the guidance of the Director of Institutional Effectiveness assist with data entry and UK core artifact collection
· Help update assessment dashboards
· Review prior OSPIE materials and other institutional materials to determine what can be added to our current processes
· Help compile assessment reports and other documents for the department
· Other duties may be assigned as needed
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Interest in assessment work and using data to inform decision making process
3. Ability to pay attention to detail
4. Effectively manage multiple priorities
5. Interest and preferably experience in building and maintaining Tableau and Power BI dashboards
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
