Blue Ridge Community College is seeking a Student Records Specialist to assist and support the Office of Student Records with essential daily operations and functions related to records management.

Job Duties include:
Providing excellent customer service via multiple modalities, such as in-person and phone, video conference, and email to students and families needing assistance with class registration, transcripts, verifications, graduation and Veterans Services Managing transcript processing Evaluating transfer student transcripts Managing the Registrar’s email inbox Acting as Veteran Liaison/School Certifying Official Assisting the Registrar, Student Records staff, and Student Services as needed
