| Advertised Job Summary | The Department of Exercise Science is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Services Coordinator which plays a critical role in delivering high-quality student services and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of academic programs. The Student Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and student support across the full student lifecycle—from recruitment and admissions through graduation. This role works closely with Athletic Training Program Directors, faculty, and department leadership to coordinate academic operations, support curriculum processes, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards, including CAATE and ACEND. Key responsibilities include managing admissions and recruitment activities, coordinating course scheduling and registration logistics, maintaining accurate student and program records, and supporting accreditation and compliance efforts. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply university policies and procedures while ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and at a high standard of quality. |
