Creates and maintains the on-going monitoring of student’s degree progress to allow time to take corrective measures to minimize delays in graduation. Designs and implements college-wide processes for college progression rules & senior check processes. Provide overall graduation support and implement processes for graduation candidacy & conferrals. Serve as liaison to the registrar for DegreeWorks coding issues. Responsible for providing verification letters of degree progress including, but not limited to NCAA-athletic certifications, SAP letters, Veteran’s Affairs letters and international sponsorship/visa verifications. |

Coordinates with the Assistant Dean on matters related to the processing and documentation of exceptions to academic requirements. Processes DegreeWorks transactions to ensure degree requirement exceptions are complete and accurate, representing documentation of approvals. Oversight of all internal records management in alignment with all relevant accreditation bodies. Develop and implement internal processes for the consistent documentation of all student records for both advisement and graduation records. Assists with student file management needs during accreditation visits or reviews. Manages the documentation and support for college and department petitions, to ensure approvals are not conflicting with accreditation requirements. |
