Highlights

Serve as an educational program administrator for the Pathobiology and Translational Science Ph.D. Graduate Studies Program and assist with clinical fellowship training programs.
Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with Graduate School policies and University regulations.
Support academic, social, and emotional development of approximately 60 trainees, including Ph.D. students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, and clinical fellows.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing program administration for clinical training programs.
Use in-depth knowledge of graduate, undergraduate, and postdoctoral education programs and University policies.
Manage student services in a department housing both Basic Science and Clinical faculty and trainees, including a unique combination of Ph.D. and M.D. programs.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience from accredited institutions.
Familiarity with federal, state, university, school, and departmental policies and procedures is preferred.
Full-time permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime, salary range $43,941 - $53,705.
Position is designated as a Campus Security Authority under the Clery Act, requiring crime reporting and related training.
