Posting Summary  | The Student Success Advisor provides primary advising for first year and sophomore Grossman School of Business (GSB) students and business co-majors in addition to other undergraduate GSB students. Facilitates advising processes, including advising presentations, group advising sessions and student outreach related to registration. Collaborates with Center for Student Success team members to participate in initiatives which support recruitment, retention, advising, and career outcomes for all business majors and minors. Serves as primary liaison and staff advisor to all Grossman School of Business (GSB) student clubs.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 
Bachelor’s degree in related field and two to four years’ experience working with students, counseling, or related experience. Effective organizational, communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Ability to demonstrate adaptability to change.
Desirable Qualifications  | Background in college student personnel highly desirable. Experience and knowledge of student information systems and advising platforms highly desirable.
Anticipated Pay Range  | 58,000-60,700
