What You Will Do:
The Student Success Operations Coordinator manages the overall operations, logistics, systems, and student assignments for the LE3 coaching program. This role ensures that the coaching program runs smoothly, efficiently, and equitably by overseeing student caseload assignments, maintaining documentation standards, coordinating operational processes, and providing data-informed insights to leadership. The coordinator serves as a vital bridge between coaches, program leadership, and other departments to optimize student support systems.

Essential Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee and manage student tiering, reassignment, and caseload assignments to ensure equitable distribution and efficient support.
  • Manage the coaching documentation system, ensuring all coaches meet compliance and documentation standards.
  • Monitor student progress data and flag students needing additional outreach, intervention, or support.
  • Lead operational coaching huddles, providing updates on systems, tiering cycles, documentation expectations, and reporting processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the coaching team, program leadership, and other university departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide timely operational reports on coaching engagement, student risk levels, caseload distribution, and emerging trends.
  • Ensure that technology tools, tracking systems, and outreach plans are functioning effectively to support program goals.
  • Assist with LE3 program operations, as needed.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Skills: 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with coaching documentation systems, tiering models, and caseload management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and departments.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Student Affairs, or a related field.
    • Masters degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of experience in higher education coaching operations, academic advising coordination, or student success services management.
  • Experience with technology platforms and student information systems.
  • Experience managing operational systems, data tracking, or student services logistics.
  • Certification or formal training in academic advising, coaching, or project management is a plus.

Preferred:
  • Project Management Certifications (CAPM,PMP)

The salary range of the grade for this position is $23.58 to $33.02 per hour (typical workweek is 37.5 hours).  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.  Offers are based on multiple factors permitted by law, including but not limited to: budgetary considerations, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and standing with the university (applicable to current employees), and internal equity.
