Highlights
Provide customer service support to current students and families across financial aid, registrar, student accounts, and military benefits.
Resolve student inquiries via in-person, phone, email, chat, and virtual channels.
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, contact center technology, web conferencing, and Google & MS Office products.
Maintain accurate documentation and data entry with strong attention to detail.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Considerable experience required in customer service and/or contact center environments.
Prefer experience or knowledge in higher education student services, enrollment management, or related functional areas.
Salary range between $38,000 and $40,000 annually.
Non-supervisory position focused on service excellence and operational consistency.
Must complete a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
