Responsibilities
  • Commit to the weekly in-person tutoring schedule agreed upon between the tutor and TLC staff
    • Tutoring hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm.
    • Tutor shifts are scheduled for a minimum of two hours.
Complete all assigned training activities Promote the TLC Establish a friendly, encouraging, and welcoming environment for students Maintain a quiet workspace conducive to learning Adhere to all TLC and university policies and procedures Attend orientation and other meetings and trainings as scheduled Complete all assignments/documentation required by TLC and Payroll on time Up-to-date knowledge of tutored course(s) Tutor a diverse population of students with a variety of learning styles.
Required Qualifications
• Faculty recommendation required to verify subject matter knowledge-

3.0 or better overall GPA
