Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration, with the ability to customize, develop, and
maintain Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. Experience with Apex and/or marketing automation are preferred.

Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data management.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement data validation rules and processes.

Collaboration and Support:
  • Able to understand requirements and translate those into working solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
  • Familiarity with documenting and diagramming technical solutions (i.e. ERD’s, UML, DFD’s)
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce releases and updates to ensure smooth operation and compatibility with custom developments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permissions, record-level access, field-level access, roles, and hierarchies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to write basic SQL and SOQL queries
  • Familiarity with and a basic understanding of Apex, LWC, leveraging APIs is a plus
  • Familiarity working with Salesforce integrated marketing solutions, preferably Pardot or Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Ability to communicate the status of projects and clarify requirements when needed.
