1. Strong Coding Proficiency: Proven ability to write and debug clean, efficient code in Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or comparable programming language.
2. Integration Expertise: Progressive understanding of API design patterns, specifically RESTful APIs or GraphQL, including authentication protocols (OAuth, API Keys), JSON/XML payload parsing, and the use of tools like Postman.
3. Data Architecture: Experience with data mapping and schema translation, including the management of complex logic in an enterprise setting, with a preference for iPaaS-based solutions
4. Problem Solving: Proven proficiency in performing technical diagnostics within multi-system environments related to middleware, webhooks, and synchronization bottlenecks.

1. Integration & Webhook Management: Proven experience configuring and monitoring outbound webhooks and listener endpoints to trigger real-time actions and automate cross-system workflows.
2. Database & SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to develop complex SQL queries and database connectors to facilitate deep data extraction and support robust integration requirements.
3. CI/CD & Version Control: Demonstrated expertise in maintaining version control (e.g., Git) for custom scripts and integration logic, adhering to enterprise-level deployment and documentation standards.
4. Security & Compliance: Experience conducting security audits of API keys and iPaaS connectors to ensure strict alignment with data privacy standards and institutional policies.
5. API Roadmap Evaluation: Ability to analyze technical documentation and API release notes (specifically for platforms like TDX) to evaluate new features and connectors for potential adoption.
6. Performance Optimization: Skill in monitoring integration flow latency and API rate limits, with a focus on refactoring inefficient logic to maintain optimal platform performance
7. Technical Documentation: Experience developing and maintaining detailed technical specifications and process flow diagrams to support the long-term stability and documentation of automated systems.


Job Description
Managed Services in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), is seeking a skilled technical professional to serve as a key administrator and developer for our TeamDynamix (TDX) platform. This role is critical in advancing the university’s digital transformation by managing the TDX Service Management platform, while driving complex integrations through the TDX iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between administrative configuration and advanced software development to create a seamless, automated environment for campus stakeholders.

Job Duties
  • iPaaS Development: Design and implement enterprise-grade integration flows within TDX iPaaS, ensuring high availability and scalable logic for multi-step automations.
  • Back-End Development: Develop and maintain custom scripts and logic to handle data transformation and conditional routing between campus systems.
  • API Management: Develop and maintain bi-directional integrations between TDX and core university systems (e.g., Banner, Workday, Canvas).
  • System Administration: Execute core administrative tasks including system configuration, security role definition, and environment management (Sandbox to Production).
  • Technical Escalation: Serve as the Tier 3 point of contact for integration failures, utilizing system logs and debugging tools to resolve API and synchronization issues.
