Paradigm is seeking a remote Systems Education Specialist to work Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The Systems Education Specialist designs and delivers impactful systems training that strengthens workforce readiness and supports clinical and operational performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees have the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to effectively use Paradigm’s systems and workflows. By creating clear, user‑focused learning materials and delivering engaging training experiences, the Systems Education Specialist promotes accurate and efficient system use, supports technology adoption, and ensures consistent understanding of critical workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver systems training to new hires, existing staff, and clinical team members.
    • Facilitate virtual, instructor‑led training sessions that connect system workflows to real‑world clinical and operational practices.
    • Integrate systems education and hands‑on learning activities into onboarding programs to support operational readiness.
  • Content Development
    • Develop workflow‑aligned training materials, including job aids, process documentation, checklists, and e‑learning modules.
    • Ensure all training content reflects standardized procedures and current system functionality.
    • Collaborate with Clinical Education, Learning and Development teams, and subject matter experts to align materials with role‑specific competencies.
  • Workflow and Technical Analysis
    • Analyze clinical workflows, business processes, and system requirements to inform training design.
    • Translate complex system concepts into clear, step‑by‑step instructions for diverse audiences.
    • Create realistic exercises and scenarios that support hands‑on, applied learning.
    • Maintain training environments that accurately reflect production workflows and system updates.
  • Systems Expertise and Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Serve as a systems subject matter expert for platforms used by clinical and operational teams.
    • Identify trends in user questions and recommend process or training improvements.
    • Partner with IT, Operations, and Technical Writing teams to assess training needs related to system updates or new initiatives.
    • Participate in UAT and pilot testing to evaluate training impacts and support successful system rollouts.
  • Quality and Continuous Improvement
    • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and performance data.
    • Recommend improvements to workflows and training materials to enhance usability and consistency.
    • Maintain version control and ensure all training content remains accurate, current, and accessible.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred; applicable learning and development experience may be substitute for this requirement.
  • Experience: delivering systems, technical, or workflow training in a preferred professional environment preferred.
  • Experience using LMS platforms, instructional design tools, and virtual learning/webinar technologies preferred.
  • Computer Literacy – Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Internet-based applications.
  • Language Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information, facilitate effectively, resolve conflicts, and offer creative, practical solutions.
  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to learn new processes quickly. Ability to analyze workflow and make recommendations for changing processes (e.g., simplifying) as appropriate.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work are essential.
  • Work is generally independent and virtually collaborative in nature.
  • Able to travel as needed (<25%).
