Job Description
  • Support the development and technical functionality of UDC’s business applications, including Ellucian's Banner (Student, Finance, Financial Aid, and Admissions).
  • Integrate enterprise applications with complex third-party applications
  • Test coded solutions properly against customer acceptance criteria to ensure a quality application
  • Code solutions to problems using a structured approach keeping in mind long term maintainability and quick accessibility.
  • Designs, installs, configure supports, optimize and administer server and/or network systems and applications.
  • Analyzes project needs/requirements and recommends solutions to enable enterprise integration.
  • Develops and implements systems and/or network standards, processes, and security.
  • Communicates with vendors to obtain configurations and best practice recommendations.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves help desk tickets as assigned.
  • Shares on-call responsibilities for after hours support, as required.
  • Attends vendor training/conferences and presentations for continuing skills development.
  • Trains and mentors team members and other Adtalem Global Education technical resources as necessary.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a variety of institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Desire to grow knowledge and skill set through on-the-job training, formal classroom training  and independent research.

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $74,064.94 and $130,001.91. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
