Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.  | Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Business Analytics, and relative experience Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience administering Slate CRM in higher education and integration with student information systems. Working knowledge of Slate configuration including data structures, rules, automations, portals, and communication workflows Foundational understanding of Banner Student Information System and enterprise system integration concepts Strong technical problem solving and analytical abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences Demonstrated organizational skills with experience supporting system initiatives and managing concurrent tasks

Job Description  | The Systems Integrations Administrator I supports the configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements to the integrated enrollment technology environment through stakeholder coordination, quality assurance testing, and documentation. The position assists in identifying business and system inefficiencies, contributes to solution development, and helps maintain processes, standards, and documentation for effective platform operations. This is a remote position with periodic on-site requirements based on business needs.

Job Duties  | Support the configuration and maintenance of Slate CRM and its integrations with Banner SIS and middleware to assist recruitment, admissions, and student success operations Assist in identifying and resolving data integrity issues, contributing to corrective measures and preventive controls Support the configuration and testing of CRM, SIS, project management, and related platforms under the direction of senior staff Provide functional support to help maintain data flow and integrity between Slate and Banner SISBuild and maintain Slate queries, reports, and dashboards to support enrollment management and operational decisions Contribute to the development of training materials, user guides, and technical documentation for Slate functionality Assist in evaluating potential consequences of system changes and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
