  • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3-4 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations are required; journey and advanced levels require additional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience supporting both Windows and Linux systems and strong communication skills.
  • Occasional physical tasks including moving equipment up to 50 lbs and working in data centers.
  • Hourly pay range from $30.00 to $50.00, full-time temporary appointment for up to 11 months.
  • Works primarily Monday through Friday with occasional nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
