Physical Requirements
This position requires intermittent sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing); intermittent standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds; occasional standing or walking with objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Shift
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; additional hours may be required based on departmental needs.
Job Summary
Overview
• Provides support to talent acquisition partners through scheduling, communication, and processing of job postings, advertising requests, and candidate referrals
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
• Builds relationships and strong collaboration with hiring managers to deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes which strengthen candidate pipelines and engagement
• Supports talent acquisition workflow and recruitment-related programs and initiatives

Responsibilities
• Edit, post, and manage job postings and coordinate department-requested advertising with vendors
• Maintain accurate and secure applicant records within the applicant tracking system and support TA workflow
• Collaborate with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers to align scheduling and documentation needs with hiring goals
• Provide administrative support for recruitment-related programs and needs
• Coordinate interviews, candidate logistics, and provide timely and consistent communication to candidates
• Assist with sourcing activities for hard-to-fill and specialized positions as directed by talent acquisition partners
• Prepare standard reports and data exports from the applicant tracking system to support recruitment metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement to support department and university hiring processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the talent acquisition process
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
