Overview: 
This is a remote temporary position beginning as of 6/16/2025 and ending 9/30/2025. Pay is $40-$50/hr DOE. Do you have a solid background in healthcare recruiting with a successful track record of recruiting nurses? Our team needs you! Join the Concorde Career Colleges team on assignment as a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth and strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role includes managing employer branding initiatives as needed and developing partnerships with educational institutions and industry networks.
 Responsibilities: 
 
 
  • Lead and facilitate the full recruiting life-cycle
  • Manage candidate funnel and hiring manager relationship
  • Drive the recruiting process from requisition assignment through hire
  • Complete posting, screening/interviewing, candidate submission, and on-boarding
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of current and future hiring needs, execute strategic recruitment, and conducting regular follow up meetings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to source top talent for positions within the organization
  • Create compelling job postings
  • Participate in employer brand initiatives
  • Attend recruiting and/or community/industry networking events
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility
  • Participate in driving the implementation of a consistent recruiting process across the organization by training, coaching and influencing hiring managers and other key clients; Influence decisions, work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Provide candidate's a positive and professional experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Maintain compliance company policies and federal, state and local regulations and laws
  • Maintain accurate documentation for recruiting activities that provides valid data on key metrics
  • Other duties as assigned
 Qualifications: 
 
Education / Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition, or similar sales role with specialized experience in healthcare recruiting
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience (required)
  • Corporate, sales, skilled trades, healthcare, and/or higher education recruiting experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience using various applicant tracking systems (iCIMS), sourcing software, and human resources information systems (preferred)

  • Proficiency with using / leveraging social media and professional network

Work Environment
  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
