The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting initiatives that foster employee and leadership growth across the organization. Reporting to the VP of Talent Development, this role plays a critical part in creating a high-performing, learning-oriented culture. The role includes program design and facilitation, coaching support, and operational execution such as logistics, communications, and evaluation.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. They are people-focused, operationally strong, and excited to partner in scaling a high-impact Talent Development function that helps individuals, and the organization, grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Delivery
- Design and facilitate onboarding, leadership, and capability-building programs.
- Create resources, tools, and learning pathways that promote growth across all levels.
Coaching & Performance Development
- Support manager coaching initiatives and high-potential development programs.
- Facilitate individual and group learning sessions.
Operational & Administrative Coordination
- Assist in managing logistics for Talent Development events (scheduling, communications, materials, tech setup).
- Provide planning support for VP-led workshops and retreats.
- In collaboration with the VP, plan and facilitate assigned workshops and retreats.
Technology & Systems Management
- Oversee tools and platforms (LMS, 360 feedback, survey tools).
- Maintain learning data and generate reports.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Administer surveys and evaluations; track program participation and feedback.
- Share key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Internal Communications & Promotion
- Promote development opportunities through email, intranet, and internal campaigns.
- Partner with HR and leaders to drive engagement.

Requirements
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related field
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience with learning tech (LMS, 360 tools, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
- Ability to travel (up to 25%)
Preferred:
- Coaching certification (ICF or similar)
- Familiarity with leadership assessment tools
- Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams
