We are currently looking for candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.

About This Role
As part of Intersect’s People team, this role reports to the Head of Talent and Growth and sits within the broader HR team. You’ll design and deliver talent and learning programs that strengthen capability, performance, and engagement across the organization. This role connects business strategy to practical skill-building, ensuring employees are equipped to succeed in a fast-moving infrastructure and energy environment. You’ll partner closely with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate evolving needs into scalable, measurable learning solutions that support long-run value creation. By building strong systems, processes, and capabilities, the team enables Intersect to scale thoughtfully while creating meaningful opportunities for employees to learn, grow, and lead.

What You’ll Do

Learning Design & Program Management
• Design and deliver learning programs that enable employees to perform effectively as the business evolves.
• Design scalable learning programs across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, skill enablement, upskilling, manager capability, talent development & management, cross-functional development).
• Translate organizational priorities into structured learning paths, curricula, and experiences.
• Ensure talent & learning programs support both near-term performance and long-term capability building.

Execution & Enablement Operations
•Launch and manage foundational enablement programs (e.g., onboarding acceleration, upskilling programs, manager training and talent programs) with internal subject matter experts (SMEs,  external 3rd party vendors and partners).  
•Create and maintain high-impact learning assets: tools, playbooks, facilitator guides, toolkits, and resource hubs.

Partner With the Business
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities tied to business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted partner to functional teams, aligning learning solutions with strategic goals.
• Incorporate feedback and data from stakeholders to continuously refine and improve programs.

Learning Systems and Measurement
• Manage and optimize Intersect’s learning programs and systems to ensure accessibility, usability, and adoption
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
• Measure program effectiveness using learning analytics and adjust approaches based on data and insights

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, talent management or organizational effectiveness roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end talent & learning programs from design through delivery and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning, project management tools and instructional design tools, (e.g., Articulate/Rise, Miro, Notion.).
• Strong curriculum development, facilitation, and program evaluation skills.
• Experience supporting fast-growing or change-driven organizations.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and organizational learning strategies.
• Familiarity with HR and learning functions in mission-driven or technical organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills that build trust and alignment.
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative work style that balances strategy with execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• An adaptable approach that supports teams through change and ambiguity.
