Primary Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and unique Project Manager to help us efficiently manage and deliver projects for technology, product, and business initiatives, in a high-growth environment. This role requires a talented project manager with the capability to handle the complete lifecycle of multiple, complex projects. Project managers have the opportunity to enable our delivery on projects, including, but not limited to, infrastructure build-outs, product feature releases, and strategic business objectives, while continually learning and growing through this highly visible role.
  • Lead project teams and manage all activities in an Agile project life-cycle.
  • Communicate project/program status, issues, and risks.
  • Leverage project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and strategies to improve overall outcomes.
  • Identify and escalate risks and delays in an urgent and timely manner.
  • Understand the overall business value associated with project results and work efforts.
  • Provide project leadership and direction to team members and stakeholders.
  • Interface with platform vendors and third-party organizations as needed.
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheets.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of technical agile project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful large, cross functional agile teams.
  • Strong leadership skills; able to successfully influence without authority across the organization.
  • Strong communication skills and a direct communication style.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize complicated projects.
  • Ability to garner strong working relationships across multiple teams is a must.
  • Strong curiosity of all things and a desire to problem solve.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Experience with technical project rollout planning and execution.
  • Expertise leading and coaching teams using agile best practices.
  • Project management certifications preferred (e.g., Six Sigma/Lean, PMP, PPM, ACP, CSPO, CSM, SAFe).
